STAFF:
Cardiff could possibly hold the record for employee longevity; management staff boasts an impressive average of 20-25 years in their positions, stallion handlers with 15-25 years, with the remaining staff averaging at least a decade or more in their positions.

The office staff strives to be as courteous and informative as possible to our clients by efficiently maintaining records on all horses under our care. This includes registry data, health maintenance, breeding status, and transport information.

We maintain close working relationships with major breeders, trainers and agents in order to more effectively serve our partners, syndicate members and clients, to strengthen our existing markets, and to create new avenues for purchase and sale of Cardiff-related stock.
